How can we distinguish the quality of the aluminum shell in the ordinary application?
1. Identification inspection: whether the product standard code and production license number are marked on the aluminum profile and package.
2. Surface quality: the surface of aluminum profile shall be clean and free from cracks, peeling, corrosion and bubbles, as well as corrosion spots, electric burns, black spots and oxide film falling off.
3. Thickness of oxide film: the oxide film of aluminum profile is formed in anodic oxidation, which has the function of protection and decoration, and can be detected by eddy current thickness gauge.
4. Sealing quality: after anodizing, there are many gaps on the surface of aluminum profile. If the sealing is not carried out or the sealing is not good, the corrosion resistance of aluminum profile will be reduced. The common methods of sealing quality inspection are acid leaching method, admittance method and phosphobutyric acid method. Acid immersion method is generally used in the field inspection, that is, the surface of aluminum profile is cleaned with acetone to remove oil and dust. The nitric acid with volume ratio of 50% is dropped on the surface and gently scrubbed. After 1 minute, the nitric acid is washed off with water, and then dried. A drop of medical purple medicine water is dropped on the surface. After 1 minute, the purple medicine solution is wiped off and the surface is thoroughly cleaned. The traces left are carefully observed and the hole is not sealed A good aluminum profile will leave obvious traces. The heavier the trace is, the worse the sealing quality is.
